Summer Camps
|
Yellowstone Alliance Adventures is a Christian-based
camp that focuses on the whole person, more than
your average skill-based programs. This summer camp
delivers value-based character formation in the midst
of wild, crazy, and fun activities that capture
students' imaginations and interests. Our focus at YAA
is on the person rather than their performance.
Through well-planned programs, dynamic speakers,
cabin times and individual time spent with
counselors; campers are enriched, encouraged, and
introduced to Jesus Christ in a personal way.
Our summer camps are run by a trained staff of
Christian leaders who love and care for kids. We
guarantee a maximum staff-to-camper ratio of 1:6 in
each cabin. Our state-licensed kitchen always gets
high marks for quality meals and puts out more than
just "camp food." You can be assured that time spent
at YAA is a great investment and well worth the cost.

old! Don’t miss this summer’s heart-pounding
adventures and perilous pursuits. We will be
searching for some of the greatest bounty ever

treasure of King Solomon, the Holy Grail, or the
fountain of youth. Regardless of the loot, it is
going to be high times as we uncover the best
treasure of all.
Matthew 6:21 “For wherever your treasure is, your
heart will be there too.”
Start preparing your costume, studying your
maps, searching for clues and polishing your
spyglass so you don’t miss a single turn on your
way to camp this summer. See you at the treasure
chest! |

Overnight Summer Camps
3rd–12th Grade
Whether you’ve been to YAA before, or this is your first week,
you will be in for an awesome experience! You will have an
amazing counselor who really wants to connect with you and an
opportunity to get to know the other people in your cabin. For
residential camps, we still have the classic activities of
archery, water wars, crafts, zip line, climbing wall, mountain
boarding, and all
your old favorites. Be ready to be challenged during chapel and
cabin devotions. God is real and wants to take hold of your life. Come ready to be changed!
Registration is from 3:00–3:30 p.m.
on the first day of camp. Please do not drop off your child early!
Thank you!
The cost for each of these camps is $255. ($235 if you
pay your registration in full before April 15.) Regular attendees of churches
that support YAA financially are eligible to receive a $20 discount.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due
with registration.
The Family BBQ and Awards Celebration will be held on the
last day of each week's camp! We would like to include the whole
family at our final awards celebration. Bring the
whole family when you come to pick up your camper and join us for
this final event! This will also be a time when you can meet your
child's counselor and new friends and have a small taste of their
exciting week here at YAA. Please let us know how many will be able
to attend when you fill out your registration form. Thanks! We
look forward to seeing you there!
Wilderness Base Camp
6th–8th Grade
July 8–13
Ready for a
little twist on our residential camp program? Wilderness Base Camp
will take you deep into the Gallatin National Forest and exchange:
cabins for tents; dining hall meals for campfire cooking; field
games for day hike expeditions, paintball for nature photography,
and skill builders for back country survival skills! What won’t
change is the quality staff, the fun and excitement, the instruction
and the spiritual guidance that you have come to expect in all of
our camps.
Cost is $255.
Wilderness Backpacking Camp
9th–12th Grades
July 15–20
Take your
adventures to new heights as this overnight camp will have you
summiting some of the Gallatin Mountains' most beautiful peaks.
During this 5 night backpacking trip we will hike and explore
waterfalls, search for mountain goats and big horn sheep, and learn
the skills of minimum impact and no trace camping. All the camping
and orienteering skills you’ve learned will be tested and refined as
you use them for day to day survival. This is one of the crowning
experiences you’ll have with YAA.
Cost is $300.
Day Camp
1st–5th Grade
Kids will get a full dose of camp life and be able to return
home to your care each night. Days will be full of field activities,
crafts, flying high on the zip line, and much more. Kids will also
engage in worship and lessons from the Bible. We expect that at the
end of the day, kids will be wanting more, so we plan to provide it.
On Thursday, day campers will have the option to spend the night in a cabin
(depending on the number of overnight campers).
Day camp for 1st–5th grades will run
for two consecutive weeks: June 18–22
and June 25–29.
Drop-off 9:00 a.m./Pick-up 4:00 p.m.
Cost is $135/week or $30/day.
Price includes lunch.
Premier Soccer
Camp
4th–9th Grade
June 11–15
Quality one-on-one instruction increases
ball handling skills in dribbling, passing, and shooting. Group
drills develop camaraderie and team work as well as insight into
the strategy of the game. Full-field play puts it all together, and a
love for the game is ultimately experienced. Our soccer camps are
designed to develop an athlete's skill with a special emphasis on
their character.
The cost for this camp is $135 for the week or $30 per day. (Regular attendees of churches
that support YAA financially are eligible to receive a $20
discount.) A $50 non-refundable deposit is due with
registration.
This camp is offered to those entering 4th–9th
grade. The
Soccer Waiver Form
must be completed by a parent or guardian before a camper can
participate. Drop-off is at 9:00 a.m. and pick-up at 4:00 p.m. Price includes
lunch.
Family Camps
Great fun for the entire family!
Our family camps provide a wonderful environment to seek refreshment
and strength at your own pace. Everyone is free to choose from a wide variety of
activities, go for a hike, or just take time to relax. Solid
teaching from the Bible occurs twice a day for adults and children
in their own carefully planned sessions. If you are looking for a
great place to spend a fun-filled weekend with the family, this is
the camp for you!
Family Camp—Fourth of July—June

our very own Nick Stumbo, now the Lead Pastor at East Hills Alliance
Church in Kelso, WA will be speaking at our Fourth of July Family
Camp.
Family Camp—Labor Day—September

Labor Day Family Camp weekend is a great opportunity to get away
with the family one last time before school starts.
The
speaker for our Labor Day camp will be updated on our website.
Cost for our Family Camps is a deposit of $50 per married
couple/family plus a free-will offering. Please come and pay what
you are able or pay for others to attend. We suggest the following

camp: $135/adult, $100/child.
Leadership Training Programs Timothy Program
June
8–July
28—9th–12th
Grade
With character formation at the forefront of YAA
ministries, the Timothy Program provides
a community-based training environment that focuses
on the whole person.
It is our goal at YAA to reach out to teens in a way
that brings their faith alive, helps them take steps in their
spiritual growth, and challenges them to live out their faith when
they leave. Students will also learn different skills and have many
chances to serve. Using all aspects of camp with daily Bible studies
and powerful mentoring relationships, these students are given a
strong foundation to become reliable men and women who will make a
positive impact on others.

Joshua Project
May 31–July
29—College Age and Above
This summer ministry project will impact you to step out in faith
and experience firsthand how God provides for those who put their
faith in Him. We seek to bring on the best and brightest college
students to be a part of our paid/volunteer summer staff. Our desire
is to give young men and women ministry opportunities, resulting in
spiritual growth and increased leadership abilities. After working
at YAA, college students are better equipped to take on roles as
Christian leaders in their communities. For more information call YAA at 406-763-4727.
