Site, Facilities, & Equipment Manager
The site, facilities, and equipment (SF&E), manager helps guide YAA as a part of the leadership team. This role provides decision making and oversight for the care, development, and stewardship of YAA’s campus and physical resources. This position requires a high-level of business acumen, broad comprehension of construction trades, and a practical hands-on skillset to carry out essential tasks, ensuring that YAA’s buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and aligned with the vision of YAA’s growing ministry.
