Matt & Erika Clausen
Matt Clausen has been a pastor for 25+ years, and is currently the Lead Pastor at Friendship Church in Prior Lake, Minnesota. Previously, he was the Lead Pastor at First Baptist Church of Minneapolis. Matt’s wife of 30 years, Erika, is his best friend and essential ministry partner. Matt and Erika have two adult children. Their eldest, Maddy, is getting married in 2025. Their youngest, Isaiah, married Brianna Hawthorne in 2023. Matt and Erika have a passion for discipling people, and teaching the Word of God. In their free time, they enjoy playing pickleball and board games against their kids and their spouses.
Sean Mahoney
Sean Mahoney serves as the Creative Arts Pastor at Crossroads Church in Manteca, CA where he has been since 1996. He oversees the Worship, Production, and Communications, but spends the majority of his time in the Production world these days. Sean and his wife, Heather, have been married 24 years and have three children, Jessie (23), Payton (20), and Cooper (16). Payton and Cooper (seen right) regularly serve in Next Gen and for the main weekend services on Worship and Production teams.
