Ridge Leadership Initiative

A 15-month discipleship and ministry internship at the edge of Montana’s wilderness. Grow in faith, serve with purpose, and develop as a leader.

Where growth meets ministry.

The Ridge Leadership Initiative is a 15-month ministry internship designed for college-age young adults who want to grow in their faith, deepen their leadership, and step boldly into a life of ministry.

Set on the edge of the Gallatin National Forest in Bozeman, Montana, Ridge invites participants to live “on the ridge” — that pivotal place where growth requires perseverance, humility, and courage. Here, interns are formed by faith through hands-on ministry, intentional discipleship, and community life.

Interns will experience every aspect of ministry life: serving guests, leading programs, maintaining facilities, and investing in the camp community. Through intentional discipleship, practical leadership, and shared adventure, RLI prepares young adults to step confidently into a lifetime of ministry and service.
